Sarah had called our company because she was referred by a family member. She has had insurance company out at her house about her roof in the past and she couldn’t get them to buy her a roof due to storm related damage. We set the appointment with her insurance company to come out and inspect her property and with persuasion and experience we was able to get her a full roof replacement at the cost of the insurance company. She is very happy and satisfied that the insurance company did what they was suppose to do.
